President/CEO
Nancy McDaniel serves as the President/CEO of Aglow International. As the leader of this apostolic ministry, she encourages people to minister in the fullness of the unique gifts Holy Spirit has imparted to each. Nancy encourages the Ecclesia – the Church – to step more fully into the call and impartation Christ gave in Matthew 16:18-19. She believes this is essential as we move to obey His commission to “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19).
Nancy is an inspirational speaker and teacher and has a passion to see people fulfill their full destinies in Christ. She earnestly seeks revelation of the Holy Spirit through the Word of God to bring relevant truth of the Kingdom of Heaven to the Body of Christ.
Her life is marked by the joy of the Lord, and she lives in the constant expectancy that “He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” (Ephesians 3:20)
Carrying the message of the Kingdom in bringing Heaven’s atmosphere to earth, Nancy has traveled to over 50 nations. In her book, Prayer – Heaven’s Open Door, she explores how to access the promises and resources of heaven through a satisfying intimate relationship with God.
Nancy served as the Aglow International Prayer Director from 1999 – 2025. As Prayer Director she earnestly sought to lead the Aglow International prayer movement in alignment with the unfolding revelation and advancement of the Kingdom of God and His purposes on earth. Unifying prayer strategies include the Capital Prayer movement and Global Prayer Targets, among others.
Nancy is the wife of Dave McDaniel, Director of Men of Issachar, Aglow International. Together or individually, Dave and Nancy minister through teaching and preaching in the power, revelation, and joy of the Holy Spirit. They also teach and model Aglow International’s message of gender reconciliation.
